FT Island's Lee Hongki performs special MC's stage on M! Countdown

                                             


M! Countdown's new MC, FT Island's Lee Hongki performed a special stage on tonight's episode of M! Countdown, featuring BoA's "No.1," TVXQ's "Mirotic" and Shin Seunghoon's "I Believe."

Hongki first performed his self-arranged acoustic version of BoA's "No.1," followed by a hip-hop version of TVXQ's "Mirotic." He concluded his special stage with a rock version of the ballad song "I Believe" by Shin Seunghoon, featuring rookie group AOA with the instrumentals.

Meanwhile, the format of M! Countdown also underwent some changes this week. Recently, the show held a discussion with the Korea Singers’ Association, the Korea Entertainment Producers’ Association, KMP Holdings, expert journalists and other K-Pop related figures on August 22nd to talk about the new judging criteria. As a result of the discussion, music downloads and streaming will count for more, while fan votes.
