Lee Seung Gi (이승기) releases 5.5 mini-album ‘Forest’ + MV Return (되돌리다)

      

Lee Seung Gi has released his 5.5 mini-album ‘Forest‘!

For this mini album, Epitone Project‘s Cha Se Jung‘s contributed his poetic lyrics while Lee Seung Gi showed off some high vocal notes he’d never performed before. The songs on this album can be described as “healing music.”

‘Forest’ is a joint collaboration with Epitone Project and is said to be music that Lee Seung Gi has long been wanting to sing. Led by the title song “Turn Around”, the song features addictive melody with the lyrics about the story of a man who wants to return to the past.


The music video for "Return" features young actors Kim Yoojung and Park Geontae, who recently worked together for the currently airing MBC drama "May Queen."

 Lee Seunggi is seen walking through his past, expressing the sad emotions of letting go of a past love. With an addictive chorus and a fitting piano accompaniment, "Return" showcases Lee Seunggi's sweet and warm voice while telling a sad love story.
