C-Jes Entertainment says LOEN broke promise about JYJ's Junsu Album Promotions

There’s already trouble a concerning JYJ's Junsu upcoming album promotions.

On July 8, C-Jes Entertainment sent out a long press release saying that the company has been wronged by its distributor, LOEN Entertainment.

C-Jes Entertainment explained that it has been in talks with Loen Entertainment since May to discuss the online and offline distribution and other businesses concerning Kim Junsu’s upcoming second album Incredible.

“However, last night (July 8th), with just six days left until the album release, we’ve received word from Loen’s executive team that it will only follow through with the online and offline distribution of the album, but will annul the marketing promotions which were agreed upon in the final talks.”

The press release continued that C-Jes Entertainment had decided to hold Junsu’s upcoming album showcase through Loen Entertainment instead of a portal website after Loen Entertainment offered a series of promising marketing plans through Melon web and mobile.

Before the press release about Kim Junsu’s showcase was released to the public, C-Jes Entertainment sent an email to Loen Entertainment on July 3th, suggesting that the showcase be streamed through both Loen TV and Melon TV. C-Jes Entertainment received a confirmation from Loen Entertainment.

However, C-Jes Entertainment received news from Loen Entertainment that the showcase will only be streamed through Loen TV as a decision made by the executive team.

“To one-sidedly telling us six days before the showcase that the showcase will not be released on Melon and will only be streamed on Loen TV is clearly an act of tyranny by a higher power,” said C-Jes Entertainment.

C-Jes Entertainment said that if Loen Entertainment does not stream the showcase on Melon TV as well, it will not be allowing guests invited through the Melon event in. Instead, C-Jes Entertainment will organize the audience and the showcase will be aired through C-Jes’s official channel.

In an ending note, C-Jes Entertainment stated that JYJ has continuously been under unseen pressure and it will not compromise with a company with higher powers. C-Jes Entertainment stated that it will file a civil complaint to the Fair Trade Commission as well as the Ombudsman of Korea.
